Abstract

This study focused on the determinants of job satisfaction of agricultural extension agentsin Kogi State Agricultural Development Project (KGADP), Nigeria. One hundred of the 120extension agents staff of KGADP were used for the study. The results show that the agriculturalextension agents in KGADP are not. satisfied with their job. Also the study reveals that jobsatisfaction has significant relationships with educational level, remuneration, work environmentowl involvement in decision -making. After identifying the life -line significance of these factors asundisputed determinants ofjob satisfaction, recommendations are made for conducive job climate.
